Ready for SPC 2026 ?
Guideline
All attendees are required to register, regardless of whether they have submitted an abstract or not.

*If the submitter is not the speaker/presenter, the speaker/presenter must register and complete the payment.

Important Terms

  • Submitter: A person who submits the abstract through the Indico website.

  • Speaker/Presenter: A person who presents the poster or gives the oral presentation.

Registration Fee

The registration fee includes:

  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch
  • Conference banquet (except: Accompany person, One-day pass)

Accommodation and transportation are not included in the registration fee.

Log in to the registration website.

1. Enter your email address

2. Verify your email with an OTP code

  • An OTP (One-Time Password) code will be sent to your email address.
  • Enter the code to verify your email and sign in.
  • The OTP code is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, please request a new code.

Then follow the registration steps.

SPC2026 Registration (Step 1)

1. Fill in your personal information and any additional requirements.

2. VISA Invitation Letter (if required)

  • If you require a VISA invitation letter, please check the box VISA Invitation Letter” and complete your passport details.
  • If you need a VISA invitation letter but do not yet have a passport, or if your passport will expire within 6 months, please do not select this option. Instead, please email us at spc2026_registration@slri.or.th. Once your passport information becomes available, we will issue the VISA invitation letter directly.

SPC2026 Registration (Step 2)

Provide your affiliation and billing address for the registration record and payment process.

SPC2026 Registration (Step 3)

If you have an accompanying person, please add their details.

  • A maximum of one accompanying person can be registered.

SPC2026 Registration (Step 4)

There are five types of registration:

  • Participant (TPS Member)

  • Participant (Non-TPS Member)

  • Student (TPS Member)

  • Student (Non-TPS Member)

  • One-day Student (High School Student ONLY)

TPS Member Verification

TPS members are required to verify their membership by entering the email address registered with TPS.

If the verification is successful, the message TPS Member verified successfully” will appear.
If verification fails, please contact thaiphysics@gmail.com.

Student Verification

Students are required to provide proof of student status.

Please upload a copy of your student ID card in the Student Verification” section.

Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF
Maximum file size: 10 MB

Abstract Submission

All abstracts linked to your account will be displayed, whether you are the submitter or the speaker/presenter.

  • Submitter: A person who submits the abstract through the Indico website.

  • Speaker/Presenter: A person who presents the poster or oral presentation at the conference.

Please select or add all abstract(s) that you will be presenting.

Note:

  • Each abstract can have only one speaker/presenter.

  • If your abstract submitted through Indico does not appear, please enter the title manually.

  • If you do not have an abstract, please check the box I do not have an abstract.”

SPC2026 Registration (Step 5)

If the submitter is not the speaker/presenter, the speaker/presenter must register and make the payment.

  • The payment information, including the payment summary and payment method, will be displayed.
  • You may upload the payment slip now or select I will upload payment slip later” if you prefer to complete the payment at a later time.
  • We accept bank transfer only.
  • The invoice will be available on the registration dashboard after completing this step.

Note

  • Participants must complete the payment and upload the payment slip on the registration website before the registration deadline.

  • The SPC2026 organizers reserve the right to charge an additional fee if the participant does not complete the required initial registration process before the registration rate change period.

Registration Dashboard

The Registration Dashboard will be displayed after you complete all registration steps. It shows all of your registration information.

  • You can upload your payment slip on the Registration Dashboard (yellow box).

  • Invoice, Invitation Letter, VISA Invitation Letter, and Receipt can be downloaded from the Documents” section.

    • The VISA Invitation Letter will be available for download after the payment has been completed.

    • The Receipt will be available for download within 15 business days after the payment has been completed.
