Poster Presentation

Poster Format

  • Poster Size: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation
  • Font Size: Ensure text is legible from a distance of 1-2 meters. Recommended sizes: Title: 72 pt or larger Section headers: 36-48 pt Body text: 24-32 pt
  • Content: Your poster should include: Title, authors, and affiliations (at the top), Introduction, methods, results, and conclusions. Make sure to make clear figures, tables, and visuals. Contact information (email) for follow-up inquiries is also recommended.
  • Layout: Use a clear and organized structure. Prioritize visuals over long text to make information easily digestible.

Poster Printing

  • Participants are responsible for printing their posters before the conference.
  • Ensure that your poster is printed in high resolution for optimal clarity.

Poster Display

  • Posters will be displayed on the designated poster boards at the conference venue on 21 May 2026 since 8:00 AM.
  • Materials for attaching the poster will be provided.
  • Setup Time: Posters should be set up on 21 May 2026 since 8:00 AM.
  • Poster Presentation Time: You will be assigned a specific time to stand by your poster for discussions with attendees.

Oral Presentation

Presentation Preparation

  • Presentation time:

               Invited speaker: 30 minutes (25 for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A),

               Participant: 15 minutes (12 for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A)

  • Presentation Software: You may prepare your slides using: Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF format
  • Aspect Ratio: Slides should be prepared in 16:9 aspect ratio.

File Submission

  • Please upload your presentation file in the SPC2026 indico at least 30 minutes before your presentation time. please follow the upload steps
  • Backup: Bring a backup of your presentation on a USB drive on the day of your session.

On the Day of Presentation

  • Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before your session begins to check your presentation and meet with the session chair.
