1. Check Your SPC2026 Indico Account

All **primary authors** must possess an account within the SPC2026 Indico Repository prior to submitting an abstract.

  • If you do not have an SPC2026 Indico account please sign up to create an account.
  • Before submission, ensure all personal data (e.g., email address and main affiliation) is **up-to-date** .
  • This data will be used in the Indico system for the authors list, the abstracts booklet, and the final proceedings to be published.

2. Login to the SPC2026 Indico System

Use your established **Indico account credentials** to login to the SPC2026 Indico system.

3. Submit Your Abstract

Submit your abstract(s) by clicking on the **“Submit new abstract”** link and following the online instructions.

4. Special Instructions for the Form

Abstract Title

Enter the title using **initial capital letters**. For example: “This Is a Paper Title in Initial Capital Letters”.

Abstract Content

Text should **not exceed 250 words**. Authors should **avoid using Greek symbols, superscripts, subscripts, LaTeX, MarkDown, etc.

Contribution Type & Session (Track)

Proper contribution type can be submitted for SPC2026.
The Scientific Programme Committee will select a number of abstracts for **oral contributions**.
Abstracts that are not selected will be assigned as poster presentations.

Properly classify your abstract with **Track (Session)** to ensure correct placement in the program (refer to the Sessions page).

Speaker & Entry of Co-authors

The abstract submitter must be the Speaker. Please select the speaker icon on your name. This will identify the presenter of the poster.
It is important to **enter all co-authors**. The submitting author's name needs to appear first.

Notifications & Support

  • Notification of Acceptance: The main author/submitter receives an automatic acknowledgment email. Final acceptance notifications will be sent via email in **late March 2026**.
  • Abstract Withdrawal: Authors can withdraw abstracts independently until they are accepted as contributions. After that, contact the **SPC2026 secretariat**.
  • Support: Please contact the SPC2026 registration if you have questions about managing your abstracts.
